Digital intelligence for wellness and longevity
Wellness and longevity programmes are sold in a consultation, weeks after the first visit to the site. We connect enquiry, consultation and programme in one view and measure the cost per consultation booked, with consent and health-data rules built into the tracking.
01
How the category sells
A prospective client reads about a protocol, compares clinics, asks a question and books a consultation, often after several visits and a conversation with family. The programme is sold in the consultation and not on the website. Trust, credentials and evidence carry more weight here than in most categories.
02
Where demand leaks
- Question to enquiry
- Whether the site answers clinical and practical questions in plain language and shows who treats the client and with which qualifications.
- Enquiry to consultation
- Reply time, how the consultation is booked, and whether the medical team and the sales team share one record.
- Consultation to programme
- Follow-up after the consultation, the information sent and the gap between the visit and the decision.
- Programme to retention
- Return visits, re-booking and referrals, handled in the CRM with the right consent.
03
The number that decides it
- Cost per consultation booked
- Spend divided by consultations that take place, by source.
- Consultation-to-programme rate
- Programmes sold per consultation held, by consultant and by source.
The programme is bought weeks after the first contact. We keep the first source on the record so that a late sale is not credited to the last click.
04
What we do first
- Check that no health information reaches ad platforms or analytics as an event, a URL or a form field.
- Rebuild the handover from enquiry to consultation so that the first reply and the booking happen in one thread.
- Set the consultation as the main conversion in analytics and ad platforms.
- Review claims on service pages against the evidence and the advertising rules of each market.
- Measure AI answers for the symptom, treatment and clinic comparison questions your clients ask.
05
Constraints in this category
- Health data is a special category under GDPR Article 9. Advertising and analytics events must not carry diagnoses, symptoms or treatments.
- Health and treatment claims are regulated by market. Copy is checked against evidence you provide, and your medical or legal lead signs it off.
- Content about treatment needs clinical review. We write it, and a qualified clinician approves it.
06
Qualified Demand Audit for Wellness and Longevity
The Intelligence Audit, applied to this category: three weeks and a fixed €4,500 fee, excluding VAT.
- Measurement, search and AI visibility, acquisition, enquiry journeys and CRM.
- Executive diagnosis, evidence and a prioritised 90-day roadmap.
- The audit fee is credited in full against the next engagement if it starts within 60 days.

Questions
Do you handle patient data?
We avoid it. Tracking is designed so that health information never leaves your systems for an ad platform, and our access to CRM data is read-only during the audit, under a data processing agreement.
Can you advertise treatments on Meta and Google?
Often with limits. Both platforms restrict health-related targeting and claims, and the rules vary by country and by treatment. We check each campaign against the current platform policy and your regulator’s guidance before launch.
How do you measure a sale that happens after a consultation?
By recording the first source on the enquiry and matching it to the programme in the CRM, so a sale weeks later is traced to what started it.
