A small, explicit scope

• One website, one language, up to three public pages and one agreed enquiry or checkout journey.
• Keyboard operation, focus, labels, form errors, image alternatives and a sample of contrast checks. Automated checks are paired with manual inspection.
• Consent before tags, a refusal path, withdrawal and obvious personal data in analytics requests.
• A check for clear disclosure on one existing customer-facing AI interaction, if present.

What you receive

• An evidence report with URL, reproduction steps, impact and the relevant technical criterion or legal reference.
• A prioritised correction list and a 30-minute review with the founder.
• Five working days from written scope confirmation and receipt of any agreed read-only access.

The limits are part of the deliverable

This is a technical review, not legal advice, an accessibility certificate, a penetration test or a guarantee of compliance. Your legal adviser determines applicability and legal interpretation. Remediation, exhaustive WCAG coverage and a full analytics or CRM audit are separate scopes.

A clear next step

You can stop with the report. Where the evidence warrants a wider review, the Intelligence Audit remains a separate €4,500 engagement over three weeks. No larger engagement is required.
